Granola:
9 cups of old fashioned oats
4 cups of coconut1 1/2 cups slivered almonds
3/4 cup of honey
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of craisins
1/2 cup of dates
Preheat oven to 375. Toss oats, coconut, and nuts together. Whisk honey and oil together in separate bowl, pour over oat mixture and stir until coated. Bake 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally until mixture turns golden. When is done toss in dried fruit.
One of the first things to consider is the event venue and you want to be sure the facility is large.
